“Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent.
Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent.
Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil?
Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?”

  1. If God didn’t allow you freedom of choice, which includes the freedom to choose evil, he wouldn’t be God but merely a programmer. And you’d be a robot.

    • I don’t really understand. You want to say that without god we wouldn’t exist as human beings?

      • No, sorry it wasn’t clear. It seems to me that if mankind did not have the freedom to choose to do good or evil, God would be more of a computer programmer than a god. That would make us the robots/computers. Instead, we are designed with the freedom to make choices, even whether or not we believe in God. There are some who think one of those choices is in itself the ultimate evil.
